This project involved an expansion and part refurbishment of the Peterborough College which included an upfront stage 2 feasibility study.
Our services included:
Coordination with the professional team to provide scheme design stage 3 and tender information to stage 4 with contractor monitoring role.
Project included review of building power consumption, changing and refurbishing rooms for college goers.
Visual condition survey of the present MEP services, with a view to extend and replace if necessary.
Mechanical, fire and electrical relate services covered by the scheme design stage 3 and tender information to stage 4 with contractor monitoring role.
Pipe riser drawings, schedules of pumps and plant, distribution board circuit schedules, cable sizing, heating, external services, correction works to the existing MEP services.
Project tender specifications and drawings for tender issued on time and with a quality tender return provided.
